Ian completed his Advanced Diploma of Fine Art at LaTrobe College of Art and New Media in Melbourne, Australia (2004).Prior to this, he was a Mississauga Family Physician.
The current work deals with the residential geographic shift of our population during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Pre-Covid, our lives were urban focused with vibrant, crowded communities, packed cultural and gaming events, and numerous venues for socialization. With Covid, there is an appreciation of peaceful, isolated rural space. We seek to live in harmony with nature, not at war with it.
